About Ash Lentz
Taking the first step toward a healthy lifestyle is not easy. It can feel like a confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes painful endeavor. Lack of time, motivation, and support can leave you feeling defeated before you even start. That’s where I come in! With kindness and empathy, I will work with you to overcome these barriers. I will meet you where YOU are and curate a program that fits your individual needs.
Through our partnership, you will achieve and maintain healthy habits, mind/body/spirit balance, and a better quality of life. I am committed to helping you MOVE more efficiently and FEEL each movement. With every session you are closer to performing your best and farther away from injury, illness, and chronic pain. The rest – weight loss, muscle definition, healthier skin – is a given. During our time together, my focus will be 100% on YOU and your success. I’ll push you out of your comfort zone while respecting your boundaries without judgement. And, we will have a lot of fun in the process!
