Ashley’s virtual exercise program was a benefit to me both physically and emotionally. I have battled multiple cancers in the past and went to the gym twice a week to work with a personal trainer. When the gym was closed in March 2020 I was on my own. I really missed the twice-a-week workout with my personal trainer. For a while I did some exercises on my own but there was no feedback and eventually I just stopped doing them. I previously met Ashley at Asphalt Green, where she was the Fitness Director. I was impressed with her knowledge of exercise and her outgoing and supportive personality. When Ashley started her virtual physical training in August, I was happy to join. Because I had not done any exercise for about four or five months I was very stiff. I joined the program twice a week for the months of August, September and part of October. Ashley’s virtual program really helped me both physically and emotionally. The sessions built on themselves and by the last session I felt so much better. I highly recommend Ashley’s virtual training program.

I only recently began working with Ashley, but she's been amazing so far! She's patient, flexible, and doesn't mind demonstrating and repeating when I can't remember the next step, or my uncoordinated self can't figure out how to execute it. Ashley is the best! I used to train at Equinox but left after I had a baby. Now that I'm trying to get my bod back into shape, Ashley has been helping me and I couldn't be happier. After just a few weeks I'm already seeing and feeling results. She has adapted so well to pandemic training and even though we're virtual, I'm sweating and feeling the burn just as hard as if we were in person. Such a good change from running and lifting! Ashley is motivating but still down to earth. I love that she shows us variations that can make moves easier or tougher. The dynamic exercises really help with supporting muscles and balance. It’s really helped my golf game!

Ashley is always very motivational. She outlines the upcoming circuit and pushing you thru it. She does a variety of body workouts to move your whole body. I've done a lot of exercises and positions I didn’t think I could get to.

I was in my early 60's when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018. I began taking Ash's classes in 2021. At the start of each class she chats with participants and asks for updates of how they are feeling physically to gage if adjusting exercise movement is warranted for said participant, without judgment. In 2023 I had a recurrence of cancer and underwent surgery and radiation. I strongly believe having taken Ash's classes made me physically stronger and helped in my overall recovery post surgery/radiation in 2023. That being said, I was ultimately able to return and continue to enjoy Ash's classes to date.
