    Find your flow while building a solid foundation. This low-impact class will increase strength and mobility by optimizing movement patterns. Designed for all fitness levels.

  • KETTLEBELL CLUB

    Develop strength, improve technique, and learn new combinations with just one kettlebell. Weekly classes build on foundational skills to leave you feeling sweaty, strong, and accomplished.

  • CANCER WELLNESS

    Join a supportive community focused on rebuilding strength and vitality during and after cancer treatment. Anyone who has ever had a cancer diagnosis is invited to join.

    45 minutes, $20 per class
